What do these things have in common?
Scouts having fun at Dauphin Island
Who: All Spanish Trail Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts and their families.
What: Fun day at the beach.
A sand castle contest (groups of 3)
A homemade kite contest, all kites must fly
Who collects the most shells?
Who collected the biggest shell?
When: Sunday May 23, 3 – 5pm
Where: Isle Dauphine Country Club, meet in the parking lot. Turn right
on Dauphin Island going west, go over little bridge called Salt Creek,
the next left is Orleans Dr., this drive will take you to the Country
Club.
Jeff Caldwell from Troop 5 helped pick the location for the fun in the
sun day.
Trophies are being made by the talented James Phillips, Troop 12
Things to Bring:
* Beach towel and bathing suit
* Snacks and drinks
* Home made kite
* A bag to put shells in
* Shovel or tools to build sand castle
