[Roundtable] Annual Planning Meeting

The Spanish Trail Districts Program Planning Conference (PPC) is
scheduled for Thursday, August 12 at Christ United Methodist.  Please
take the time to invite all your leaders to this meeting.  It is a
catered event.  Drop a note to Lloyd Meyers, lnmeyers@hotmail.com , our
District Executive, and give him a head count so we know how much food
to order.
