[Roundtable] Info. for District Banquet Jan 23, 2004

[Dee Beegle]

     The Spanish Trail District Banquet will be Jan
23, 2004 (Friday), 7:00pm.  The location will be
Christ United Methodist Church in the fellowship hall.
 The banquet will be catered by CARABBA'S, there will
be three main dishes to choose from, Caesar salad,
bread, desserts and tea.  The guest speaker will be
Vice President at Large Judge Herman Thomas.  There
will be great door prizes.  Information will be given
out on upcoming events in Scouting.  A sign up sheet
will be available for Packs to pay (20.00 per pack)to
come and join in the fun for the Spanish Trail
Pinewood Derby Pack Challenge.
     I need six Boy Scouts for the flag ceremony. 
Please make sure you have all your paper work in the
Scout Office to receive awards and recognition.
     Last year there were 72 people at the banquet we
are hoping to get 100 people.  If each pack and troop
will get a 10% showing we will have a great turn out.
Please R.S.V.P. by Jan 16 to Dee Beegle so that I can
have a count to give to Carrabba's.  Eagle Scouts are
welcomed, if you will let me now in advance an Eagle
Scout is coming we will recognize them.
     Last, but not least the cost for this year
banquet is FREEEEEEE!!!!!!  Thank you for supporting
