[Roundtable] events and meeting cancellations

Dear Scouters,

Please be advised that all meetings and events are to be cancelled until
further notice. This includes Leader Specific Training and Outdoor Leader
Skills both scheduled for this weekend.

It is currently Mr. Luke's intention to reopen the Scout office Friday if
possible. You will receive updates from Lloyd Meyers or from the
Commissioner's staff when available.

Remember, the best course of action is to "play-it-safe", property and
"things" can be replaced, but  you and your family cannot. Please heeded
emergency management officials recommendations and advise.

Should anyone be aware of special needs and need assistance please feel free
to call on me.
