[Roundtable] District Banquet Time to Sign up

To all Troops and Packs,  

*****TIME TO SIGN UP FOR THE DISTRICT BANQUET********

I NEED TO HAVE A HEAD COUNT BY THIS FRIDAY JAN 7TH. WE
HOPE TO SEE EVERYONE THERE!!!!

   The Spanish Trail District Banquet is Jan 21,
2005 Friday night from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.  The banquet
will be at Christ United Methodist Church in the
Fellowship Hall.  The banquet will be catered by
Fazoli's.  The theme this year will be Mardi Gras. 
Each Troop or Pack please bring a shoe box decorated
like a Mardi Gras float. These will be the center
pieces for the tables.  There will be a judging for
1st prize.  The cost is $5.00 per person for dinner.
Fazoli's would like a head count by Jan 7.  Please
RSVP with the names of those attending and their unit
number.  We pay Fazoli's for the number of guests
signed up.  So please remember, that you are
responsible for your $5.00. This banquet is for adults
and their recognition for their service to Scouting. I
do need a few scouts for the flag ceremony, please let
me know if your Scouts are interested in helping.
