[Roundtable] District Update

Dear Friends,

Please see important notes:

1. District Banquet this coming Thursday night at Christ United Methodist
Church on Grelot Rd! Please come! There are many awards to be presented to
well deserving units and individuals, please help us honor each of them.

2. We need commitments for the table decor at the banquet. Remember they
will be judged and prizes will be on hand for the Mardi Gras (shoebox size)
floats, used as table center pieces.

3. Last years table cloths disappeared from the storing location at the
church, so Dee had to purchase new table cloths. I know that you will be
very proud of the cloths when you see them Thur night, however you have to
come to see! These new table cloths will be exquisite in a scouting flavor
and Dee has gone to great trouble making things nice, please support her in
her efforts.

4. We will be taking donations for these new Spanish Trails District Banquet
table cloths, so please feel free to donate anything you can spare!

5. In this new year of 2005, let us all find a spare minute and coin here
and there to serve our young-men so that they will grow into the men,
husbands, fathers, and citizens, which through your help they can become!
