[Roundtable] Upcoming events

Dear Scouters,

Please be aware of the following upcoming events and changes:

1.  Due to our receipt this week of the new National Youth Leadership
training materials, and our desire for the District Training staff to
properly plan for the event, the (JLT) for Feb 25-27 will be postponed. If
the Training Committee and Joy Levins would propose some dates in May or
later, we will be happy to add it to the list of meaningful events in the
coming year. We would like to solicit unit leaders who would like to assist/
direct/ or other in this fine program. Anyone interest in this please
contact Joy or myself.

2. Scout Sabbath is upcoming, does every have a unit that they can
participate or assist with a program?

3. Scouting for Food, is next weekend. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT EVENT.
Please bring your donations to the scout office between 10-2.

4. Remember, all Eagle projects must be approved by the District Advancement
Chair, prior to the commencement of the project.

5. Oh yes, Lloyd's birthday is 2-4, Happy Birthday Lloyd!

6. The Commissioner's staff needs to know when your Blue/Gold are being held
or other important events (day, palce, time).

7. Outdoor Leader skills, Mar 4-6,

8. Council Banquet March 16th

9. District Camporee Mar 18-21st

10. BALOO Training- April 9th
