Dear Scouters,

As we all know there is a potential fight brewing with the ACLU over public
schools chartering scouting units.

As per my conversation today with Bob Fredrick the council is taking no
action until they receive further directives from National. There seems to
be no anticipated time for any such news to be received.

Meanwhile, all is to function as normal without worries. As news releases
occur and emails fly back and forth, all Charters can keep on scouting!
