[Roundtable] Bowling afternoon

Dear Scouters,

    I have heard alot of interest with the upcoming Bowling afternoon
scheduled for this Thur the 31st from 3-5 at Skyline on HWY 90.

    We must have a solid number count of participants, including family,
friends, scouts, and leaders so we can determine how much cost we may have
to absorb if we fall short of the 70 or so participants needed to close the
alley to the public. We can fall short, we have a donor for some help, but
if it is too short, we'll have to allow the alley to be open to others as
well. It would be great if we could get close to the min.

    Please advise by Monday the 28th. Dee Beegle, Peter Howard, or your unit
commissioner.
