[Roundtable] Council Camporee Staff Requests

Our Council Camporee is really starting to come together. I am excited about 
the program and very pleased that over 500 Scouts and Scouters have registered 
so far. Several more units have indicated they will register in the coming 
days. 

This e-mail is a request for adult staff members.

1. If you are a Commissioner in the Spanish Trail District and you are 
planning to attend the Camporee we need you to serve on the staff. Please tell me 
who you are ASAP so we can order your ID Badge, staff patch and hat. You will 
receive your assignment Friday night at check in.

2. Paul Roberts is the Camporee Safety Commissioner. He needs five Scouters 
to serve on his staff. If you are interested in helping Paul with this, please 
let me know so we can order your ID Badge, staff patch and hat.  Paul will get 
together with you in a few days.

3. I am the Camporee Security Commissioner. I need ten Scouters to help with 
security. We are camping in an open public area. People will be coming and 
going on the ferry. The fort will be open to the public for tours and of course 
fishermen will be using the boat launch. We will have a law enforcement 
presence there most of the time and the Explorer units will help with parking. Our 
primary responsibility will be our youth and equiptment. If you would like to 
help with this please let me know so I can order your ID Badge, staff patch and 
hat. We will get together in about two weeks for a short meeting.
