Each of should have received a popcorn letter in the mail explaining =
this
years popcorn sale timeline. It is an exciting change to the way the
council has organized this event in the past. I expect it to be a much
better sale and a better experience for you and your scouts.

I have agreed to be the Spanish Trail Popcorn Chairperson for this =
year's
popcorn sale.

Please send me the following information for your unit:
Is your unit selling popcorn? (yes or no)
Popcorn Chair (name, phone no., email address)

I need to have each unit's information by August 25th. For units to =
qualify
for the prize program and discounts the Trails End form must be turned =
into
me or the scout office by August 31st.

Please reply by email or by phone as quickly as possible. My phone =
numbers
are located at the bottom of this email - feel free to call.

I look forward to meeting each of you at roundtables and popcorn kickoff
meetings.

Please plan to attend the roundtable (program planning review) next =
