I know everyone is aware of the six requirements that your Unit must meet
this year in order to be eligible for this new award. I would just remind you:
Your Unit committed to: a " percent of our direct contact leaders complete
Basic Leader Training for their position, including Youth Protection
Training". Each Unit set their own goal.
In addition to the six requirements, you must confirm: " We supported the
council by participating in Friends of Scouting and the annual product sale."
