Here are a few last-minute items pertaining to the upcoming Camporee:

Registration Deadline.
Don't forget that=A0the deadline for early registration for Camporee is Mon=
day, November 17.=A0 The fee will increase to $12.00 per=A0attendee after t=
hat date, so please get your registration into the office by the deadline.=

Insurance Verification.
Please bring verification of your unit accident insurance policy to check-i=
n on Friday night if you did not send it to the office at the time of pre-r=
egistration.=A0 UNITS WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $2.00 PER ATTENDEE AT C=
HECK-IN IF THIS POLICY IS NOT PRESENTED.=A0=20

Check-in and Vehicle Guidelines.
When you arrive next Friday, someone will meet you at the entrance to direc=
t you to your camping area.=A0 Please send your Senior Patrol Leader and yo=
ur Scoutmaster to the Administration building for check-in while the remain=
der of your=A0unit unloads equipment and establishes camp.=A0 The camp requ=
ires that all vehicles are to be removed to the designated parking area onc=
e gear is unloaded on Friday night.=A0 Trailers can be detached from vehicl=
es and left in the camping area if you so desire.
